WINTER HEATING PAYMENT REACHES MORE PEOPLE

I am really please to see the Winter Heating Payment will reach significantly more people as 400,000 people on low incomes will benefit. Payments will be made through Social Security Scotland. Letters will be sent out to those eligible and paid automatically.
