During the Ministerial statement on the delayed opening of the RHCYP, I asked the Minister if NHS Lothian board would reflect on the current situation, work constructively with any new programme manager put in place by the Government to deliver the new hospital, and get the Board to get their finger out to get performance back on track. Our children and young people deserve more than the senior managers of NHS Lothian have delivered so far.
